SynTerra hits the ground running in Charlotte
SynTerra hits the ground running in Charlotte
In June, SynTerra officially opened an office in Charlotte, North Carolina. For years, we’ve had satellite locations across the Southeast, but the Charlotte office — with Judd Mahan, P.G., at the helm — marks our first official branch outside of our headquarters in Greenville, South Carolina. We’re excited about the new opportunities that come with having great people in Charlotte.
Our Charlotte team hit the ground running, with Bill Lantz, P.E., spearheading efforts to integrate SynTerra into the Charlotte community. The branch recently joined the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, and the team enjoyed interacting with other local businesses at the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce Summer Schmooze event.
Ruth Albright, P.E., our Vice President of Engineering, joined Bill at the North Carolina Manufacturers Alliance (NCMA) Environmental, Energy, Health and Safety School in Raleigh. Bill and Ruth attended several classes on manufacturing compliance, and they presented an exhibit about SynTerra’s expertise in environmental issues related to manufacturing.
People in our Charlotte branch have diverse skill sets, and they collaborate continually with our Greenville-based people. It’s all one team; clients get the entire SynTerra work force, which now numbers close to 100.
