Ashley Martin

Human Resources Director

Ashley Martin has experience in public- and private-sector human resources management. Her previous 15 years of HR experience concentrated in the areas of human resources and business operations affairs. That experience included employee benefits, recruitment and retention, staff development, conflict resolution, compensation structures, HRIS and records management, HR policy development, and legal compliance. Growing up in Arizona, Ashley completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and later completed her MBA in 2013. 

In her personal life, Ashley uses her AAS degree in equine science to pursue volunteer opportunities with local animal shelters, dog rescues, and nonprofit therapy programs. She also volunteers with Junior League of Greenville and gives back through local college teaching programs.
